Group Classes
Here you'll find descriptions for all of the weekly classes in St Neots so you can make the right choice for you.
All classes are suitable for people with basic mobility. This covers things like getting up and down from the floor unaided, and being able to bear weight on hands and knees. If this isn't you, you may be better suited to a 1:1 practice, instead of a group class.

Anchor & Align
Step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself and the world around with our Anchor & Align class.
Here is a steady, grounding yoga practice to ease us into the week.
Each series draws on hatha-style movement, breathwork and mudra to support presence and a connection to seasonal and astrological rhythms. The pace is slower and more contained, allowing time to explore each element with awareness and intention.
This class offers a supportive entry point into a regular yoga practice and a strong foundation for those wishing to progress into Flow & Restore.

Flow & Restore
Flow & Restore is a dynamic, embodied yoga practice, leading on from Anchor & Align. Held at the end of the week to get the subtle energy and the physical body moving and releasing to shake it off for the weekend.
Each month, we will be flowing with the same sequence to fully embrace and experience the beauty of repetition.
This class offers a natural step on from Anchor & Align, Inviting greater expression, energy, and exploration while remaining thoughtful and grounded.
Suited to those with at least six months of yoga experience.

Magic of the Moon Series
Our Magic of the Moon Series is a monthly yoga and meditation experience guided by the lunar cycle — an invitation to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
Each session blends lunar inspired movement, breath and meditation to support alignment with the moon’s rhythm.
Full Moon gatherings focus on release and expansion, while New Moon sessions offer stillness, grounding and intention-setting for the weeks ahead.
These classes are open to all levels and offer a tranquil space to slow down, listen inward and realign with the natural cycles around you.

Angelic Reiki Healing
Angelic Reiki is a deeply restorative healing practice that works on a physical, emotional and energetic level, supporting relaxation, clarity and a sense of inner peace.
During a session, you rest comfortably in a calm, nurturing space while healing energy flows through gentle, hands-on or hands-off techniques, guided by the angelic realm. Each session unfolds uniquely, supporting what you are ready to receive and encouraging balance, release and renewal.
Many people describe feeling lighter, calmer and more aligned after a session — as though a weight has lifted or they have been held in a deeply supportive presence.
Angelic Reiki can support:
Deep relaxation and stress relief
Emotional balance and gentle release
Times of transition, loss, or overwhelm
A renewed sense of clarity and connection
Sessions are offered in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment, with space to simply pause, rest and receive.
Alongside regular one-to-one sessions, I also offer monthly Angelic Reiki Sundays — a gentle, accessible way to experience this healing work.

Bespoke 1:1 Yoga practice
Bespoke 1:1 Yoga offers a private, personalised space to slow down, reconnect and explore yoga as a tool for awareness, balance and healing.
Each session is shaped around where you are — physically, emotionally and energetically. We begin with a conversation to understand what you’re needing before the appointment. Allowing us to then move into a practice that weaves together subtle movement, breath, rest and guided awareness in a way that feels supportive and intuitive.
These sessions are not about performance or pushing the body. The focus is on listening, sensing and working with compassion — allowing the practice to meet you rather than asking you to meet an external standard.
Bespoke 1:1 Yoga is suitable whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or seeking a more personal, energetically attuned approach to your practice.
